It is with great pleasure that Swedcham Young Professionals invites you to empower your understanding of customer needs in a workshop with Hyper Island.
Jobs to be done is a tool used to help identify business opportunities for innovation, by understanding that customers hire products, services, software, and ideas to get jobs done.
By mapping out the functional, social and emotional needs that a product or service is hired for, participants refine and empower their understanding of customer centricity and identify new areas for improvement and growth.
Renata Minicucci, Market Development Manager at Hyper Island, will explain the JTBD theory, develop by Clayton Christensen, professor at Harvard Business School and then run a hands on workshop to learn how to apply it.
