Human Capital

The Human Capital Committee aims to offer a space for exchange and learning for professionals working in people management or those interested in these topics. The activities of this Committee are open to all Swedcham’s members and to anyone who wishes to participate in them, whether as a listener or as a speaker. Our main objective is to promote discussion and obtain a deeper understanding of the role that human capital plays in the strategic development of companies by offering a variety of activities and themes.
